Notes from the pitmaster:

Pulled ham out of fridge at 7am. Scored and glazed.

Ham went on at 7:55am with a small chunk of hickory and two handfulls of apple wood chips.

Pulled at 10:30  ham was at 120

wrapped ham in foil increase temp to 300


9:30 moved probe and reglazed
